Gloss Art Card (1 Side Coated):

• Available in 230gsm, 250gsm, 310gsm, and 360gsm.
• Litho-offset printing available for one side or two sides.
• Printing options:
  • For one side: 4C + 0
  • For two sides: 4C + 4C

Gloss Art Card (2 Sides Coated):

• Available in 230gsm, 250gsm, 310gsm, and 360gsm.
• Litho-offset printing available for one side or two sides.
• Printing options:
  • For one side: 4C + 0
  • For two sides: 4C + 4C

4. Finishing Options:

Compulsory Finishing:

• Die-cutting (not available for models FPF 001, FPF 004, and FPF 005).
• Gluing.

Optional Finishing:

• Colour protective finishing, with options including:
  • Gloss Water-Based Varnish
  • Matt Lamination
  • Gloss Lamination
• Note: When choosing one side of colour protective finishing with two sides printing, Gloss Water-Based Varnish will be applied on the other side of the product.

Add-ons (Complimentary):

• Fastener (only for FDF 001).
• Spot UV (Front) – applicable only with Matt Lamination on one side.

Add-ons (Optional):

• OPP Transparent CD Seal – applicable for all CD Jacket models.

5. Quantity Options:

For Presentation Folder:

• Available quantities include 250, 400, 300, 450, 350, 500, and 400 to 1,000 pcs.
• Custom quantities range from a minimum of 500 pcs to a maximum of 50,000 pcs, with increments of 100 pcs.

For Document Folder, Key Folder & CD Jacket:

• Available quantities include 250, 650, 300, 700, 350, 750, 400, 800, 450, 850, 500, 900, 550, 950, and 600 to 1,000 pcs.
• Custom quantities range from a minimum of 250 pcs to a maximum of 50,000 pcs, with increments of 50 pcs.

6. Processing Time:

• For normal orders:
  • 4 days for 250 to 10,000 pcs.
  • 5 days for 10,050 to 20,000 pcs.
  • 6 days for 20,050 to 30,000 pcs.
  • 7 days for 30,050 to 40,000 pcs.
  • 8 days for 40,050 to 50,000 pcs.
• Orders with gluing will require an additional 2 days for 250 to 50,000 pcs.
• Orders with Spot UV will require an additional 2 days for 250 to 5,000 pcs, with an additional 1 day for every 5,000 pcs thereafter.

7. Remarks:

1. Printing and finishing can only be applied on the coated side of the paper/card.
2. One side printing/finishing is applied to the outer side of the paper.
3. Creasing will be applied to all Gloss Art Card materials. Orders will be delivered without folding.
4. Spot UV is only applicable with Matte Lamination.
